Exploring the World of High End Art

Saturday March 6, 2004
I promised that if I tore myself away from finishing The Da Vinci Code long enough to do my work tonight, I'd at least share a resource for learning more about high end art with you. If you haven't read the book yet, it includes numerous references to artwork by Leonardo da Vinci and several other artists I haven't thought much about since my art history classes in college years ago. So, if you'd like a good resource for researching a plethora of artists and their works, visit AskArt.com. This comprehensive database is a great point of departure whether you're looking for information on the likes of Da Vinci or just trying to research the oil painting you found at a flea market today. I hope it turns out to be a real treasure!
