A $9,200 Presidential Campaign Button?

Tuesday January 18, 2005
Presidential campaign buttons get the popular vote for many collectors. Some of those folks vote with their pocketbooks, too. The historically significant campaign button shown here, a Taft/Sherman pinback from 1908, sold on eBay for $9,200. For one little pin, that's quite impressive. You can learn more about collecting presidential campaign buttons right here on the site. Most of them aren't nearly as costly, but they are pretty darned interesting.
