How to Read Decorating Magazines

If you're like me, magazines featuring antiques and collectibles always catch my attention on the newsstand, especially the ones with flea market decorating tips. But when it comes to actually taking the ideas in those magazines and transfering them to my home, I'll admit it, there's quite a disconnect. Sound familiar?
