Period Furniture Learning Can Pay Off Big

Wednesday April 2, 2008
Would you know an extremely valuable piece of antique furniture if you ran across it today? Not too many people can say yes. Learning about antiques is a lifetime quest, and as much as I know, I feel like I've just scratched the surface. But between you and me, honestly, we probably won't ever have the opportunity to test our furniture discerning skills because those fine American pieces are so very rare. Even so, it never hurts to be able to separate the wheat from the chaff, and my feature Antique Furniture Learning Can Pay Off Big is an excellent place to get your feet wet.
