Vampire Killing Kit Sells at Auction

Tuesday October 28, 2008
Since my significant other plans to don a vampire costume this Halloween, I found an article about a genuine antique vampire killing kit dating to around 1800 to be of particular interest.

The kit, which sold for $14,850 recently at auction, includes stakes, mirrors, a gun with silver bullets, crosses, a Bible, holy water, candles and even garlic, all housed in a handsome American walnut case. What's more remarkable, the fact that it exists or the price? I can't decide!
