Did This Toy Sell for $1,380, $13,800 or $138,000?

Wednesday November 5, 2008
It's amazing that antique toys bring such high prices, but stop to think a moment. Isn't it also amazing they survived 75-100 years with little or no use? Most toys were worn out by playful children, and that's what makes the survivors so hard to come by and highly prized by avid collectors.

So what do you think? Did this zeppelin and biplate toy recently sell at auction for $1,380, $13,800, or $138,000? You can find out by taking a look at the entry in my Morphy Fall Auction Report photo gallery.
