Who was Ellen Clapsaddle?

Friday November 28, 2008
Have you ever heard of Ellen Clapsaddle? Even if you don't know her name, you probably recognize her work. This amazing artist illustrated thousands of postcards during her career, including the listening Santa card shown here. It's been widely reproduced not only in postcard format, but on many decorative accessories as well. Read The Artistry of Ellen Clapsaddle to learn more about her, her unusual name, and her sad demise.

I tried the link to Ellen Clapsaddle but wound up at a Thanksgiving “spotlight”. Can you please correct the link so I can read the article about her? Thanks.
