Remembering Ralph Kovel
Wednesday September 3, 2008
While I didn't get to know Ralph Kovel personally, I've referred to the publications produced by he and his wife Terry so often I feel as if they're antiquing friends.
The latest edition of Kovels' Komments online newsletter was dedicated to Mr. Kovel, who passed away last week and will be sorely missed in the collecting community. The note suggested that those who want to extend condolences to the family should do so in the Kovels' Komments blog.
And while we will sorely miss Mr. Kovel's contributions, it was good to know his legacy will live on through his family as they keep producing quality publications and reference materials.

marquetry refers to, learn more about it through this illustrated glossary entry.
